Dear Contestant,

First, congratulations on your involvement in the Miss Music City Scholarship Pageant and best of luck in participating in a fun, exciting, and exceptional experience.

I am very proud to be the Official Photographer for the Miss Music City Scholarship Pageant and now have the opportunity to work with you as the photographer of this pageant. I have over 25 years experience photographing pageants. As you know this is a unique time in your life and you will want to share this day with friends and family and remember it for many years to come. What better way to do this than with professional photographs?
I will be shooting professional quality color photographs of all phases of competition during the pageant. A backdrop will be set up, providing there is space available to do so, to photograph each contestant in a formal posed photograph evening gown.
I will be providing the following packages of color photographs which must be prepaid prior to the pageant. Package A is least of the packages you may purchase but can be upgraded to a different package if you desire. Checks should be made payable to John G. Johnson.
